In this role you drive the translation of AI ideas into real business impact across Allianz Group. You connect stakeholders across engineering, data, risk, security, and legal to ensure AI solutions are built responsibly, governed, and adopted at scale. You’ll shape product roadmaps, coordinate multi-team delivery, and embed compliance and Responsible AI from the start, helping AI-enabled capabilities become trusted, scalable products that create measurable value.

Responsabilidades

Define vision, roadmap, and priorities for AI products and automation programs
Translate business, risk, and regulatory needs into clear product requirements
Lead iterative delivery with engineering, data science, and platform teams
Coordinate stakeholders in a matrixed enterprise and support adoption and change management
Embed compliance, security, and Responsible AI principles from the outset
Collaborate with legal, compliance, information security, and model risk teams for governance
Ensure AI solutions comply with internal policies and external regulations
Shape requirements for observability, supportability, and operational robustness in production
Define and track success metrics (adoption, efficiency, risk reduction, user satisfaction)
Identify and manage risks across technical, operational, and regulatory dimensions
Communicate progress and risks to senior stakeholders

Requisitos principales

Experience as a Product Manager, Program Manager, or similar in data, technology, or AI domains
Experience moving AI/ML or analytics use cases from concept to adoption (production or scaled rollout)
Technical fluency and ability to engage with engineers
Background in large enterprises or regulated industries is a plus
Familiarity with cloud AI and data platforms (benefits optional)
Strong stakeholder management and clear communication skills
