As AI Skills Lead, you will design and run training programs that empower senior engineers to apply AI effectively. You’ll drive AI adoption across engineering teams through practical curricula and hands-on sessions. You’ll build resources, assess skill gaps, and foster an AI-fluent culture that accelerates product development. This role offers a chance to shape how AI capabilities scale across the organization and to contribute to a cutting-edge tech environment.

Responsabilidades

Design and develop AI-focused curricula, workshops, and learning materials for software engineers
Lead in-person and virtual training sessions tailored to experienced technical audiences
Create documentation, code samples, exercises, and assessments for learning resources
Assess AI skill gaps with engineering and DS teams and identify training needs
Stay current with AI/ML advancements and build a community of AI learners in engineering
Define and track metrics to measure training impact and drive improvements

Requisitos principales

Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
5+ years in data science or ML engineering or related role
Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Strong Python programming skills
Excellent communication and ability to explain technical topics to technical audiences
Experience designing and delivering technical training programs or workshops (desirable)
Ability to work independently and in fast-paced, agile environments
Passion for teaching and empowering others; interest in MLOps; open-source contributions (desired)
