In this role, you will oversee accounting for local subsidiaries in Madrid and support month-end reporting. You’ll take ownership of parts of ledger processes, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring, collaborating with external consultants. You’ll drive process improvements to boost financial efficiency and controls, and assist with audits. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely financial information that supports the company’s growth. This is a hands-on position with impact on intercompany controls and overall financial integrity.

Responsabilidades

Manage and support all accounting functions within local subsidiaries
Assist in month-end reporting for timely, accurate information
Own part of ledger processes and bank reconciliations
Coordinate with external consultants
Monitor cash flow across subsidiaries and accounts
Manage bank accounts, accounts payable and accounts receivable
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls
Assist with intercompany transaction controls and audits
