Experteer Overview

As Team Lead in our Spanish Customer Experience team, you will guide a 6–8 person group to deliver high customer satisfaction and drive revenue through retention and upselling. You’ll partner with Area Managers and the Talent team to recruit, develop, and retain top performers who own their results. You’ll design and execute strategies to improve retention, upsell opportunities, and activation for existing clients, while collaborating with product and sales to shape customer experience. This role offers hands-on leadership in a fast-growing, startup-like environment where change is valued and impact is visible.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead and mentor a team of 6–8 Account Managers to achieve targets and maintain a high-performance culture
  • Monitor and optimize team performance metrics, implementing tailored improvement plans
  • Contribute to recruitment and retention initiatives with Area and Talent teams to build strong teams
  • Design and implement strategies to maximize customer retention and upsell opportunities
  • Provide regular, constructive feedback and maintain hands-on leadership to motivate the team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product development, customer experience, and sales strategies

Requisitos principales

  • Experience managing customer-oriented individual contributors in a CX team
  • Track record of driving upselling and customer retention
  • Experience in Sales, Customer Satisfaction, or similar roles valued
  • Tech-savvy with SaaS environment experience
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving aptitude
  • Fluency in Spanish (native level) and English
