Experteer Overview

In this role you will be the primary liaison for key accounts in the Automotive segment across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will manage customer performance, identify new opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value for customers and Celanese. Significant travel (about 75%, including Morocco) is required as you maintain relationships and drive revenue growth. You’ll shape account plans, negotiate offers, and support forecasting and financial insights for your portfolio.

Responsabilidades

  • Build and maintain relationships with Strategic Key Accounts, Strategic Partners and/or Customers in Automotive in EMEA
  • Manage customer performance through clear expectations and KPI alignment
  • Gather customer needs and feed back to product and program teams on performance and competition
  • Identify opportunities and drive the sales process to deliver customer value and business impact
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Application Development, Technical Service, Supply Chain, Marketing, Technology & Innovation) to service customers
  • Develop and implement account plans; present and negotiate commercial offers
  • Progress opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets and growth goals
  • Find new opportunities and drive through the sales cycle to deliver customer value
  • Resolve issues, clarify unmet needs, and support problem resolution
  • Provide profitability and financial context of key customers for credit risk assessment
  • Contribute to monthly forecasting and annual sales plan for own portfolio
  • Use business tools (Forecasting tool, Salesforce.com, MS Office) effectively

Requisitos principales

  • BSc/MSc degree in Technical / Scientific / Commercial education
  • Native Arabic speaker; fluent in Spanish and French
  • Minimum 5 years of functional sales / business development / application engineering experience
  • Experience in engineering plastics/polymers/TPE/TPV
  • Strong customer relationship management with key industry influencers
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused
  • Experience driving development projects and achieving goals
  • Ability to understand customer needs and develop growth solutions
  • Solid commercial negotiation skills
  • Experience coordinating global and regional teams; comfortable with virtual work
  • Proven track record of sales excellence and best practices
  • Self-starter, independent and highly motivated
  • Ability to interact with senior management in customer organizations
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Willingness to travel and prospect
