In this role you will lead and develop a team of Account Executives in the Spanish market to hit and exceed acquisition goals while scaling the sales motion. You will coach, inspire, and support the team, acting as a role model of excellence and accountability. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to refine go-to-market efforts and drive growth, leveraging data to improve performance. This is a people-centric leadership role in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment with a strong emphasis on culture and development.

Responsabilidades
- Define and implement commercial goals and strategy for the Spanish market
- Ensure alignment with broader revenue vision and company priorities
- Lead with clarity, purpose and inspiration to develop the team
- Provide daily coaching, feedback and structured development
- Create a culture of motivation, learning and innovation
- Hire high-potential AEs and manage onboarding for new joiners
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to optimize tools, processes and metrics
- Use data to identify coaching opportunities and improve performance
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product and regional leaders
- Join key calls to support AEs with real-time coaching and pipeline tactics
- Review deals and help close key opportunities
- Lead by example with strong sales execution
Requisitos principales
- Solid background in B2B SaaS sales
- At least 2 years leading, coaching and developing sales teams
- Passion for helping others grow and celebrate their successes
- Trust-based, empathetic leadership with accountability
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
- Fluency in Spanish and advanced English
- Natural ability to motivate and unite a team in changing environments
