In this role you drive revenue and design wins for a Territory in a fast-paced, global semiconductor business. You will collaborate with customers, reps, and partners to execute strategic sales plans, accelerate product adoption, and manage forecast accuracy. You’ll liaise with corporate HQ on channels and support issues, and lead training initiatives across the partner network. This position offers high visibility, cross-functional impact, and the chance to influence strategic growth in an innovative company.

Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute detailed sales plans with focus customers and representatives
- Create plans for key product adoption within target customers
- Identify training needs within partner network and coordinate delivery of training materials
- Coordinate with Corporate Headquarters on channels and customer support issues and drive resolution
- Manage revenue forecasting to annual and quarterly plans with strict performance to plan
- Frequent travel to cover territory and customers
Requisitos principales
- Extensive knowledge of the silicon chip industry, including competition, standards and trends
- Technical education min. BSC
- 5+ years of validated sales experience in semiconductor/business
- Proven track record in leading aggressive, results-driven campaigns through sales channels
- Strong analytical skills using CRM, POS and data to drive revenue growth
- Excellent written and oral communication and effective presentation skills
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; MBA preferred; 7 years of progressive sales/marketing leadership in semiconductors
