In this role, you implement IT infrastructure solutions for customers in industrial environments, spanning deployment to handover. You will work with IT, OT, Controls, PM and Services teams to ensure the solution meets technical and operational needs. Projects run 6–16 months, in 24/7 settings, offering hands-on problem solving and cross-functional collaboration. You will help shape robust, high-availability infrastructure and contribute to mission-critical automation initiatives.

Responsabilidades

Deploy servers, network components, storage, and other IT infrastructure per project designs
Prepare, test, and validate solutions before shipment
Install, configure, and commission in factory and customer sites
Execute infrastructure tests and review technical documentation
Analyse and resolve issues related to Windows, Linux, virtualization, networking, and storage
Escalate complex issues to specialized teams as needed
Provide Level 1–2 support in high-availability environments
Coordinate deliveries and activities with project members and external partners
Identify resource and material needs across the project lifecycle
Maintain technical documentation and ensure project deliverables are fulfilled
Support multiple projects simultaneously (around 4)

Requisitos principales

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure: servers, operating systems, virtualization, networking, storage, backup/restore, and basic security
Strong experience with Linux and container technologies (Docker)
Previous experience implementing IT infrastructure solutions
Familiarity with Azure, ESXi, server hardware, and monitoring tools (OP5, Nagios)
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Willingness to travel internationally (30%–50%)
Driving license
