- Assist and support our international customers by email and phone
- Escalate unresolved complaints, technical problems and legal matters to the relevant departments
- Independent handling of billing-related issues in cooperation with our accounting department, payment service providers and credit card partners
- Report on key customer service statistics
- Monitor and review social media channels regarding customer feedback.
- When required, handle further temporary tasks: e.g. chargebacks, payment reporting
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- You speak fluent French and English - German is a plus
- At least one year of experience in a Customer Support Role
- Customer service-oriented mind set
- Knowledge of MS Office and proficient in internet skills, eventually you have worked already with a ticketing tool (eg. Freshdesk)
- Good communication skills (both written and oral)
- Self-motivated and a team player
