As a Software Development Manager you will deliver highly dynamic, data-driven e-commerce software that received over 87.7 million sessions with 2.2 million new customers worldwide during Q2 FY2011. In our fast-paced environment, you'll work on real-world, scalable, e-commerce projects. You will work on a range of projects that will initially focus on site internationalization & customer experience capabilities controlling dynamic marketing and customized website behavior that reach over 9 million customers per year. Our capabilities allow us to provide a differentiated website experience that is optimized to each locale and customer segment we serve throughout the globe. This includes site merchandising, website UI, predictive offer modeling, localization, customer contact capabilities, third party partners and payments. You will take ownership of software applications that the European Marketing teams rely on to configure and drive demand to our global e-commerce sites.  Partnering with the business in order to realize, develop and execute on your shared vision.
