Provides consultancy  and expertise to create and improve an informational framework that captures, maintains and analyses the operational information to help ITO organization to take informed decisions. Collaborates with the operational teams and leaders on: ·         Establishing the KPI’s and the relevant metrics and capture methods. ·         Determine the relevant information to be obtained from the customers (surveys, criticality, risks…) ·         Establishing the reporting and analysis needs and its fulfillment Collaborates with stakeholders outside Operations to share, exploit and provide information Provides requirements and support the organization in the setup of information tools and data repositories that supports the informational framework. Provides support and training on the informational tools. Assures IT Operation processes standards are defined and implemented. Define and implement detailed metrics to allow continuous process improvement. Produce regular operational reports to analyze and communicate (internally and externally) IT Operation health.
