As a Channel Partner Manager you will be managing our Business Partners (International Designated Resellers) in Central Eastern Europe. Reporting to the CEE Operating Area Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage these distributors in order to achieve the assigned quota, increase market share and gain sustained growth through coverage, focus and created vendor product preference.Specifically you will be expected to:• Be the primary business and technical contact for our distributors• Participate in the development and deployment of their business plan for Agilent Product Portfolio (quota assignment, service level, technical support, promotions definition and deployment, trainings)• Make joined customer visit and develop account plans, monitor Customer Satisfaction level of support provided by Business Partners to Agilent Customers• Run business reviews with the distributor management at least twice a quarter• Be part of a sales team together with the IDO Channel Managers, Marketing Program Manager, local and IDO Product Specialists.• Cooperate with Russian Business Development Manager in field of Instrument and Consumables Sales and Customer Support.• Generate/Share new ideas to achieve our ultimate goal: being a high growth and high performance team! ...
