As a consequence of the continuous growth and development of projects in our organization, we are seeking a senior consultant in the area of PATS (Performance Assurance and Transaction Services), who will report directly to the partner in charge of this practice.   MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:   The main areas within PATS are:   •          Performance Assurance •          Auditing of legal compliance (environment and prevention of work related hazards) •          Auditing of corporate risks and internal systems of control (Corporate Assurance Review) •          Safety Culture •          Management Systems (ISO 14001, EMAS II, OHSAS 18001, ect) •          Training in environment and safety management •          Workshops and Training (investigation of accidents, communication of risks, legal requirements) •          Benchmarking of organizations and emerging risks •          Corporate Social Responsibility •          Elaboration and Validation of public reports •          Transaction Services •          Due Diligence for mergers, acquisitions and disinvestments •          Auditing of liabilities (assessment for monthly accounts)   OTHER REQUI ...
