Mission: To interact with senior executives healthcare professionals stakeholders key decision makers, policy makers, within Strategic health authorities and Key customers in order to grow the whole of the surgical business . The role will be to build relationships at a senior level within the target accounts to enable Covidien to best present its value proposition and build competitive advantage by presenting and aligning its offering in line with the key accounts The role will demonstrate the importance of both EBM and HC in order to align both the company and the customers goals. 2) Functions: CUSTOMER PARTNERSHIPS - Identifies and prioritizes their portfolio of key account customers by Strategic Importance, Type of Account, Current Growth and Future Potential by analysing all available data and business intelligence. Applies key financial metrics to set forecast and targets for growth. - Develops and maintains extensive knowledge and understanding of the customers business, strategies, markets, competitive landscape and operating methods and uses this information to create a detailed customer focused business and tactical plan. - Builds and maintains appropriate relationships at senior levels across customers, gaining their trust and respect.
