Job function - Define research directions and technical strategies for the surface analysis group - Develop advanced analytical technologies to help understanding surface/interface reactions in advanced batteries and electrochemical capacitors. - Perform tear-down analysis, understand failure mechanisms, and provide guidelines for performance improvement. - Write proposals to secure funding from government and industrial sources - Manage a team of scientists, post-doctors, and technicians Qué ofrecemos We are offering a permanent position that will give you a unique opportunity to custom-build your own laboratory and research team, and responsibility for coordinating with other centres in guiding energy-related basic and applied research.
