Since then, this business has been growing at a very rapid pace, in the revenue generated as well as the number of customers served. Within EMEA Operations, the Volume Direct organization hosts the Customer & Sales Support Managers team (CSSM). The team aims at supporting Sales and Customers in their agreed catalogs.   Role & Responsibilities: ·         Key contact for the Sales organization for customer procurement solutions ·         Guide Sales in the setup of new catalogue structures ·         Influence for product catalogue simplicity & margin increase ·         Pricing approval in line with delegations ·         Drive product catalogues setup & maintenance in line with Sales ·         Owning and resolving Customer support calls on the B2B Portal for all Customers ·         Coordinate catalogue maintenance & customer quote documents ·    ...
