Job description Converse – KAM El Corte Ingles Mission: Build and sustain long term, mutually beneficial business relationships with El Corte Ingles (ECI). Develop a strong account management process thereby integrating all functional areas that impact the ongoing business results with the goal of maximizing revenue, profits and sales opportunities for Converse within the account. Work closely with the Spanish management to align with the Converse business strategies. Responsibilities: Strategic/Business Planning. Create & deploy a strategic plan in conjunction with the Strategic Accounts Director which will ensure our double digit revenue growth: Specify business goals and strategies and clarify the tools needed to accelerate this growth and to exceed targets. Together with Retail marketing prepare the fiscal year retail marketing plan and define the budgets needed Measure KPI’s such as revenues; profits; DSO; - recommend plans for improvement and take appropriate action when needed.
