Responsible for the overall inside sales operations in assigned area of responsibility. Primarily the external channel as well as the new prospection channel. This includes implementing and/or developing the inside sales strategy, managing customer relationships, and specific programs in order to achieve business objectives. Supervises individual contributors in the external channel that are responsible for inbound & outbound inside sales for aftermarket. Assigns, directs implementation of tasks and processes. Establishes, maintains business controls and processes. Qualifications: Associate Degree or equivalent education. Typically requires the same level of education as the employees being supervised plus a minimum of 3 years experience as an individual contributor, with typically a minimum of 3-5 years experience leading teams in a sales environment. Requires basic management skills and cross country experience.
