Director, Travel Agency Marketing Major Responsibilities: BUSINESS ROLE To contribute to improved performance in Amadeus market share, revenue, profit and customer satisfaction among travel agency customers, by leading a team of marketers to optimise the marketing mix (customer understanding, segmentation, value proposition, offer, pricing process, distribution and sales support, and promotional activity) across all travel agency customer segments worldwide. RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
