FINANCIAL DIRECTOR Spain, 23 July 2008 Position: Mission: Assure the performance of the current rules( legal, accounting, fiscal) and warranty the economics and financials viability of the company strategic decisions by taking part in the Management-committee’s decision-making; in order to maximize the profitability ( financial and economical) of the company. Responsabilities: -To supervise the performance of all accounting, fiscal and legal rules to follow by the company. -Analyze and control the feasibility (economic-financial) of the general company’s decision-making. -Supervise the financial information report of the Headquarters. -Take part in the Management-committee’s while
